Sunny Patel

Dr Sunny Patel qualified with honours in 2011 from Bart’s and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. Since graduating, he has developed a strong focus on aesthetic and implant dentistry, undertaking extensive postgraduate training to refine his skills.

In 2013, Sunny completed a one-year Certificate in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry at Advanced Dental Seminars in London. He continues to attend national and international courses in restorative and advanced implant dentistry to remain at the forefront of modern techniques.

Sunny is also completing a postgraduate diploma in Dental Implantology at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. His passion for implant surgery drives his commitment to delivering precise, long-lasting and natural-looking results for his patients.

He has completed SAAD (Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry) training and is qualified to provide treatment under conscious sedation, helping anxious patients feel relaxed and comfortable.

Outside of dentistry, Sunny enjoys reading, meditation and music, and plays a variety of musical instruments.

Eli Joffe

Dr Eli Joffe graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand Dental School, Johannesburg, in 1988 and spent two years serving in the South African Defence Force. He moved to London in 1990 and has been part of the Dental Health Centre ever since, taking ownership of the practice in December 2015.

Eli is committed to ensuring every patient receives caring, professional and high-quality dental treatment in a welcoming environment. He has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, including smile makeovers, dental implants and facial aesthetics. Passionate about delivering outstanding aesthetic and reconstructive results, Eli continually advances his skills through postgraduate education and training with leading international clinicians.

He is also trained in conscious sedation, helping nervous patients feel relaxed and comfortable during treatment.

Eli lives in Crouch End with his wife Claire and their twin sons, Noah and Isaac. Outside the practice, he enjoys family time, music and sport. He was shortlisted for the 2011 Smile Awards.

Dr Amandeep Sarkaria

Dentist – BSc (Hons), BDS (Hons), MFDS RCS (Eng)

Amandeep graduated with honours from King’s College London, achieving a distinction in every year of his degree — a rare accomplishment — and was awarded multiple prizes and medals at both university and national level.

Following graduation, he undertook intensive postgraduate hospital training across England and Scotland, gaining broad experience in complex surgical and restorative dentistry. He also achieved Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England at the earliest sitting. Amandeep continues to advance his skills through ongoing education, ensuring he delivers the highest standards of modern dental care.

Known for his calm manner and meticulous attention to detail, Amandeep focuses on creating functional, aesthetic and, most importantly, healthy smiles. His reassuring approach helps patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey.

Outside of the practice, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching his beloved football team, Arsenal.

Pramit Patel

Dentist – BDS, PgCert, Diploma Advanced Implant Dentistry (Milan)

BDS (Birmingham), Diploma in Advanced Implant Dentistry (Milan)
Pramit graduated from the university of Birmingham with a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery. Upon graduating, he made self-improvement his number one priority and began to upskill rapidly in his general practice. His main practice has since become heavily based in the fields of Dental Implantology and Oral Surgery.

He has further completed his Implant training with the British Academy of Implant and Restorative Dentistry and completed his Diploma in Advanced Implant Surgery from the University of Milan, Italy. Pramit prides himself on furthering his knowledge and expertise which is why he is currently undertaking a Diploma in Advanced Dental Implantology in Milan. Alongside, he has completed numerous Oral Surgery training programmes to go hand in hand with his Implantology skills.

Pramit is a perfectionist when it comes to Implant dentistry carrying out all types of surgery ranging from complex aesthetic front tooth implants that require both hard and soft tissue grafting to full arch, ‘smile in a day’ cases. He is also certified to carry out IV sedation which he uses as an adjunct when needed.

His motto is to ensure all his patients are leaving healthy and happy! Pramit is always full of energy, and he will always give you his 100% attention. Patients tend to love how approachable he is ensuring even the most anxious patients feel at ease with him and get to have their best smiles whether it is for cosmetic or functional reasons.

Outside work, Pramit is an active person and loves staying fit and healthy in any way possible! He looks forward to seeing you to help and guide you to long term dental health.

Jenniene Brown

Hygienist – BSc (Hons), BDS (Hons), MFDS RCS (Eng)

Jenniene emigrated to the UK from Canada in 1999 and qualified with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from Guy’s Hospital, London, in 2001. Since then, she has worked in hospitals and private practices across London, spending the past 12 years at the Dental Health Centre.

Alongside her clinical career, her interest in psychology and holistic development led her to complete a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Healing, followed by postgraduate studies in CBT and Mindfulness. This additional training complements her work as a hygienist, allowing her to take a calm, compassionate and patient-centred approach — particularly when supporting nervous or anxious patients.

Sadeka Ali

Hygienist – BSc (Hons)

Sadeka Ali is a friendly and compassionate dental hygienist dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles. She focuses on preventative care and takes the time to provide personalised advice tailored to each individual’s needs.

She qualified with distinction from the University of Essex and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Sadeka takes pride in creating a calm and welcoming environment and particularly enjoys supporting nervous or anxious patients, helping them feel at ease throughout their visit.
