Complaints Policy

Although we strive to provide an extremely high-quality service, we appreciate that there may be times when you feel the need to make a complaint. We do have a formal complaints procedure in place:

All complaints should go through our practice managers Laura or Jade, by ringing the practice initially and putting it in writing. You can send your letter to the practice address for the attention of one of our practice managers. This will then get passed on to Dr Eli Joffe.

You should hear back from us within 7 working days, although during busy periods, please allow for a couple of extra days.
